East Anglia’s most popular Mind, Body & Spirit Festival is returning to Trinity Park Event Centre on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July 2024, 10 am to 5 pm. Weekend and day tickets are available. Advance bookers will benefit from

• VIP early entry from 9.40am (we open at 10am to the public).
• Early booking of readings and treatments (limited slots).
• Knowing that 50p from every ticket sold will be donated to Emmaus Suffolk, a charity which works with vulnerable, socially isolated people and those at risk of homelessness across the county.

Find support for mental health, men’s health, and women’s health (menopause). Experience mediumship and tarot readings. Explore a wide range of holistic therapies and workshops, plus a packed programme of FREE talks and workshops from experts in every aspect of health and wellbeing. Buy crystals, art, jewellery, ethical toiletries and homewares, and books. Your event ticket price also includes FREE entry to yoga, pilates and meditation classes, and access to all the live music and entertainment that day.

Event founder Chris Cozens is celebrating Life Arts’ 26th year.
He said, “We have specially selected 100 stallholders and will offer amazing experiences, such as our Yoga Space, Talks Space and Workshop Space - best of all this year they are all included in the entry price of only £5! We will also have amazing food for all diets with our Noodle Bar, award winning Phat Pasties, Coriander Kitchen Indian food, Juicy Bar cold pressed juices and smoothies, Gelato Italia ice cream selection, and fresh quality coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks.”
