I’d been feeling unsettled for some time, about the turbulence and uncertaintly in so many of our lives, including mine.

‘Is there no-one who is happy, confident, optimistic, and whose life is in perfect order?’ I asked myself! As my worry thought surfaced, I needed to do something with it. But what could I do?

I remembered the techniques I use for coping with mental stress, including writing down your worries. So that's what I did. As just writing a stressful thought down on paper, often gets the distress of it out of your head!

hat there may be others with a worry thought they might just want to express. So that’s what this article is about today. A place just to leave your worry thought - whatever it may be! There’s no need to explain your thought, or reply to posts, unless you want to of course. It’s just a place to share your thought and free it from your mind!

So here goes mine….

I’m worried about the escalating problems in the world, and wonder how bad they will become in the future, and if life will ever become ‘good’ again?

Thank you for providing a place to share our thoughts.

I believe the modern world has always been quite evil but kept it under the surface by the powers that be whilst keeping the public blind to the true nature of their diboloical acts. It's now coming to the surface so the "common" people can become aware of it and help heal and transform the world. More people need to wake up and may be a slow process but more shocking things are likely to come up. It's a good thing as humans can't make informed decisions without knowing what's actually been done in their name. Hope that helps. :-)
