Healing with Sound, be it with Tibetan singing bowls, or your favorite song is healing to the soul. To clear negative energy from your home or business, I do suggest using tibetan bowls or bells as the clear sound does help to clear the energy, moving around the rooms, letting the sound fully come to a stop before ringing again, you can also clear your chaka's with sound, possible would be better with two people to do so, whilst one person sits or lies down with the other go over each chakra points. Playing a upbeat pop, rock or whatever your into is a sure way to uplift your mood, a happy place or person brings positivity.
