To whom it may concern, I would like to ask a question. Are some people to reliant on Mediums? We all receive evidence about our loved ones in Spirit and sometimes inspiration. But many hang on every word that comes out a Medium's mouth or written word. The earlier mediums also had their experiences published such as Estelle Roberts who wrote about her life in a way that did not give her a sanctimonious air. Eileen j Garrett was a Medium who tried to scientifically explain the Gift.
Many of the modern books consist of anecdotes of readings and the psychic experience which appertaining to the various biographies. Mediums it must be realised are no different to others apart from having an heightened awareness of the Spirit Realms. It is useful to speculate about the dimensions of Spirit in their writings but we must not put much reliance of them. being accurate for each of us will only know when we pass. We live in an era of celebrity and those who work with spirit are not immune to the glare of publicity. It may in some cases that they exclaim opinions that people take as gospel.
It should be a priority for them to state that what is said is an opinion. It appears that mankind wants concrete explanations. whereas there are none in some respects.
All we know is that the Soul or Spirit gives to another dimension when we die but beyond that we have only those who have had near death experiences, and they relay what happens to them, but each individual sees things differently so therefore we have an hazy conglomeration of evidence that should be added to till we have better idea of the whole.
We need to weigh the word and speech of those who as celebrity mediums should be a little circumspect.
