	What is RSS?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is gentle and leads to health and well-being of the entire physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Reiki creates deep relaxation and helps the body to release stress, anxiety and tension. Reiki is a gentle energy force that balances life energy; bringing health, wellness, and happiness to the recipient.

Reiki is energy work in which healing is performed by “laying on hands” to allow the life force energy to flow through the recipient via the practitioner. It is very gentle and gives amazing results.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner hovers their hands over the client’s fully clothes body activating and stimulating the points that enable the healing energy of Reiki to flow to where it is needed. The benefits of Reiki are:

Reduces anxiety
